Couldn't make it out tonight because of a poorly placed physical therapy appointment for my shoulder. But Chad and I made some good progress on his Mugello 225, which I am driving him crazy by being so picky about. Got TDC and timing points dialed in, and we are now ready to set the squish. Then it's put the manifolds on it and put it in the frame!

per Dr. Dan as follows
Steps:
1) Set squish and torque head
2) install Manifolds
3) Pressure test
4) Put cover on case
5) Install engine in frame
6) Put oil in engine
7) Install exhaust
8) Hook up all wiring and cables
9) Check timing using drill and adjust stator
10) Check carb settings snd install
11) Install gas tank. Put fuel/oil in tank
12) Fire up engine!
13) Final dynamic timing adjustments with engine revving
14) Carb adjustment
15) Install bodywork
16) Break her in!!!
